Fifteen pages of text on five sheets of paper, most double sided, with three storage holes at the top of each page. Size is 5. 75 x 8 inches, small stain at the bottom of the first page not affecting the text, otherwise in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED are four small photo clips ranging in size from 1. 5 x 2. 9 inches to 2. 75 x 4. 3 inches, shown both
