Germany, Imperial. A Black Grade Wound Badge, Cut-Out Version Newly Listed Schleich ordered his plane to(Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz). Constructed of blackened magnetic iron, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central Stahlhelm on top of crossed swords on a hollow background, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flattened catch, unmarked, measuring 37. 96 mm (w) x 43. 27 mm (h), weighing 8. 3 grams, with oxidation evident, in very fine condition.
