An Imperial Japanese Navy Long Service Badges from Sasebo consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Dyer immediately set about hisTwo Imperial Navy long service badges in bronze. Both badges depict imagery of an anchor, a cherry blossom and a laurel victory wreath on the obverse, with Japanese characters on the reverse with a vertical pinback. The first badge measures at 29 mm in diameter and weighs 9. 6 grams, and the second measures at 23 mm in diameter and weighs 5. 4 grams. Each badge presents a dark patina, light wear, but both remain in very fine condition.
