A National Socialist German Navy League Member’s Breast Eagle United Republic of Throughout his military service overseas(National Sozialistische Deutscher Marine Bund Brustadler). Constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, the obverse consisting of a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above a pair of crossed sword and overlaid by an anchor bearing a central black enameled Iron Cross, the reverse with a crimped hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
