Germany, HJ. A Field Cap for HJ-Gruppe Hochland United Republic of Acid-etched designs have been applied(HJ Sommer Mtze). A well preserved HJ field cap, constructed of khaki tan cotton. The cap is fully surrounded by stylized side walls which are trimmed along the seam with red piping. Pinned onto the lower peak is an enameled HJ insignia, measuring 15 mm (w) x 25 mm (h) and marked on the reverse with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and makers code of M1 100 for Werner Redo, Saarlautern. Stitched onto the left side of the walls is an aluminum
