Constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of a vaulted Maltese Cross with white enameled arms, the reverse with a narrow barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a rounded catch, unmarked, measuring 53. 80 mm (w) x 54. 16 mm (h), weighing 20. 2 grams, accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a pressed card stock frame with a faux black leather exterior liner, the interior
