They are best grown under highland conditions but some forms from the Gran Sabana are found at intermediate elevations and can be grown as such

We find it reminiscent of Nepenthes villosa but much easier (a poor man’s villosa if you will)

Its stems are a beautiful red with white variegation while the leaves are variegated in in bright white to varying degrees. For best coloration, light should be on the brighter side. Like most Philodendrons, this variety prefers moist but well draining soil and some humidity. As it climbs, it should be staked or allowed to climb up moss
