Two Medals & Decorations GTRexclude 5 mm x 113Governorate of the Schools of the City of Rome Merit Medal (in silver, obverse illustrating a she wolf nursing and sheltering the infants Romulus and Remus after they were abandoned, standing upon a pedestal bearing a plaque with the Latin inscription "S. P. Q. R" ("Sentus Populusque Rmnus" = "The Senate and People of Rome"), surrounded by the inscription "SCVOLE DEL GOVERNATORATO", reverse inscribed "AL MERITO" above an upright fasces flanked by the
